We provide online consulting services and 1:1 Live Practicums. To book a session, you are required to fill out the form provided on our website with accurate and current information.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your time and our time are highly valuable. By booking a session, you agree to the following policy:

— Rescheduling or Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your session without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

— Late Cancellation and No-Shows: If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, or if you fail to attend the scheduled session (no-show), 100% of the session fee will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, workflows, and techniques shared during the 1:1 Live Practicum are the intellectual property of Daria Kuznetsova. The session recording is provided to you for your personal or internal business use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties without explicit written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daria Kuznetsova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services or website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the provider’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
